Karlis Dzenis is a hands-on home-builder, who has been involved in new home construction since 1954. With his long-standing experience in new home construction, Karlis is best known for his custom mouldings and intricate woodworking.

Carol Dzenis is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker. Carol has been actively involved in new home construction since 1974.
