Kalden Construction acquired Rolling Plains in 1976. The Rolling Plains Subdivision is nestled amid the scenic country landscape of Mendon, New York. Now, in its 4th phase of development, all homes are constructed on premiere one acre + lots situated within the desirable Honeoye Falls - Lima Central School District. Homes constructed begin in the $300's.

Unlike other subdivisions, Kalden is able to control the quality of the homes built, by not selling lots to individual buyers. With this commitment to its past, current, and future homebuyers, Kalden is able to ensure that all homes built in its subdivision are built in accordance to its strict quality standards.
