Company History

Kalden Construction Company, Inc., formed in 1974, by Karlis and Carol Dzenis, a husband and wife team, builds custom homes primarily in the suburbs to the east and south of Rochester, New York.

As a custom home-builder, Kalden is able to control quality, address the special needs, requirements, and desires of their customers. To ensure their customers' needs are met, much attention and time is spent with each new homebuyer.

Although Kalden builds primarily on its Rolling Plains Subdivision, located in the scenic Town of Mendon, the Company has built numerous off-site homes in and around the Rochester area.
